Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

Participation in the GroWrk Customer Referral Program is open to all existing GroWrk customers and anyone who decides to sign up for the Program. 

2. Referral Reward:

For every contact referred by a participant who successfully becomes a GroWrk customer, the participant will receive a $250 Amazon Gift Card. If Amazon Gift Cards are not available in the participant's country, an alternative option of a $250 credit in their preferred e-commerce platform will be offered.


3. Tracking and Attribution:

Participants will receive a unique tracking link upon signing up for the Program. The tracking link must be used for referrals to ensure proper attribution. GroWrk will use the tracking link to determine if the referral results in a successful customer.

4. Reward Distribution:

The participant will be eligible to receive the $250 Amazon Gift Card only when the referred contact signs a contract agreement with GroWrk. Once the contract is signed, GroWrk will contact the participant to arrange the delivery of the Amazon Gift Card. If Amazon Gift Cards are not available in the participant's country, an alternative option of a $250 credit in their preferred e-commerce platform will be offered.

5. Successful Customer Definition:

A successful customer is defined as a referred contact who completes the contract agreement with GroWrk.

6. Gift Card Alternatives:

If Amazon is unavailable in the participant's country, GroWrk will offer a $250 credit on the participant's e-commerce platform of choice.

7. Compliance:

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their participation in the Program.

8. Program Modification:

GroWrk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason.

9. Limitation of Liability:

GroWrk is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards; no replacement will be provided.

10. Disqualification:

GroWrk reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

11. Governing Law:

The laws of The United States govern these terms and conditions. By participating in the GroWrk Customer Referral Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
